Can’t speak for anyone else but for me, they did a great job on my car. A lot of attention given to detail and the cost was reasonable, in my opinion. I say come here compared to going to a regular car wash that will probably damage your car from the brushes. May be a little longer wait but it’s worth it if the hand car washing is important to you.

I stopped by for a car wash sometime back, the wash was adequate. Not a lot of attention to detail, but that’s okay for the price. The issue is that after they washed the car they failed to replace my back seat floor mat. I only noticed after I got home, I was away for work so I was unable to stop by in person. When I tried to call their number it turns out that’s it’s not in service. I was able to stop by after I came back to NY, only to be told that they had already thrown it away and that the best they could do is the $20 mats they have in the shop. I suggested that maybe a wash would be a better resolution, seeing as the Toyota mats they had thrown away cost $180 at the dealer, but was told that he could only do half off of the $35 wash. I’m disappointed by the poor resolution and my inability to get in touch with them, what kind of business doesn’t have a working number ?

Had a good experience here. Mr. Morgan ,the owner was quite welcoming and pleasant. He greeted me and introduced himself. He ensured his men got tipped and I respect that because it shows the value he holds for his workers. Had to turn back to get my trunk cleaned so make sure you ask for them to clean it too. They did it without a fuss or hesitation. Mitch gave one of the best shine I've seen on my vehicle and I left with it smelling clean and springy! Would definitely recommend for great customer service. Looking forward to going back again Support our black and local businesses.
